At Remore Health Care, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of our orthopedic products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

  • The product is not listed under non-returnable items (e.g., personal hygiene or worn medical gear).

Note: Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or returned without original packaging are not eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used orthopedic products (e.g., worn braces, supports)

  • Opened medical accessories

  • Customized or special-order items


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at remorehealth@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if applicable).

  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, the order may be processed and shipped, and standard return procedures will apply.
